Erina is an artificial intelligence assistant, not a person. She says so at the start of every call, together with a notice that the call is recorded and transcribed. This applies to calls she answers for you or for a loved one (Protect me, Protect a loved one) and to calls she makes to businesses on your behalf (Call for me).

Limits

She can make mistakes. She does not give legal, financial or medical advice and does not move money.

Your control

You see summaries and alerts in your chat. Erina calls businesses only, never private individuals. A protected person can stop the service at any time by texting STOP.
